Position:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Pottery Cafe Assistant (Full-Time) to join our front house team.

Duties:

• Assist in drinks preparation in a fast-paced cafe setting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and drinks preparation areas.
• Follow SOPs to help customers to select pottery items and checkout customers.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving drinks and pottery items, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
• Manage and coordinate the team during peak hours in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Requirement:

• Previous experience in restaurants management. (Required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
