Refund Policy
- A full refund is available if the cancellation occurs more than 3 days prior to the session.
- One rescheduling opportunity is permitted without a refund if the request is made at least 3 days before the session. No further rescheduling opportunities will be provided.
- No refunds or rescheduling are allowed within 2 days of the session.
- This policy applies regardless of whether the booking was made within 5 days of the session start date.

How long will it take for my ceramics to be ready?
Your ceramic piece will be ready for collection approximately two weeks after your visit. Alternatively, we can ship it to you once it’s ready.
We will notify you via email when your item is ready for pickup. If you haven’t heard from us within two weeks of your visit, please feel free to contact us at team@bonbonpottery.co.uk.
